CNC Cutting
- Maximum size 108" x 144"
- Easily processes complex shapes
- Equipped with edge delete for low-E glass
- Automatic gantry retrieval system for increased production speed and minimal handling
- 45 glass rack positions enables us to offer a large variety of glass types
Glass Washing
- All washers are low-E safe
- All washers use DI water under 5ppm TDS to eliminate any water spotting
- Billco washer for tempering and fabricated glass is equipped with 8 brushes
- Forel insulated glass unit washer is equipped with 6 brushes
- Our high-tech washers ensure absolutely spotless glass
Tempered / Heat strengthened Glass
- Large tempering bed of 110" x 192" allows to shorten lead times significantly
- Maximum size 108" X 144" per lite, subject to change based on glass thickness
- Minimum size 4" X 10" per lite, subject to change based on glass thickness
- We can temper special orders up to 109" x 189"
- Designed to temper all types of glass but specifically high performance low-E glass using powerful convection technology
- Glass thickness range 5/32 - 3/4,
- Will be adding 1/8" tempering capabitlity in the near future
- All tempered glass products will be manufactured in accordance with ANSI Z97.1, CPSC 16 CFR 1201 CAT I & CAT II, and SGCC
- Every tempered lite will be automatically measured for roller wave distortion and trailing/leading edge kink by Glaston's ilooK scanner
- Tempering reports can be provided to customers for specific lites using Glaston's iControl system

CNC Fabrication

Insulated Glass Units
- All unit are produced using high production automatic IG line
- All insulated glass units will be manufactured in accordance with ASTM E2190, and IGCC
- Automatic robot sealing of units with either poly-sulfide or silicon
- Traditional aluminum or warm edge spacers available
- Desiccant fill and automatically sealed by the application of butyl rubber
- Double or Triple glazed units
- Capable of producing offset units and shapes
- Argon or Krypton automatic gas fill
- Minimum double glaze unit with gas size is 7.08" x 12.6"
- Maximum double glaze unit with gas size is 98.4" x 126".
- For non-gas filled units the maximum size is 98.4" x 144"
- Overall double/triple glazed unit maximum thickness is 3.15"
- Low-E safe
